Profile Setup
Thank you for your interest in joining Vancouver Extras. Please follow the steps below carefully to ensure your profile is complete and can be reviewed without delays.
How to Submit Your Profile as an Extra


Step 1 – Personal Details
Provide your full name (first and last name), a working phone number, and an active email address. This information must be accurate, as all communication will be sent through these details.
Step 2 – Headshots and Photos
Submit clear and recent photos:
2 headshot
2 full-body photos
All images should be well-lit, natural, and without heavy filters.




Step 3 – Basic Information
Include the following details in your submission:
Height
Age
Languages you speak fluently
Ethnicity


Your schedule must be clearly mentioned. Specify your availability in a direct format such as:
Available Monday to Friday
Available weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
Available on specific or random days
Incomplete or unclear availability may delay your selection.
Step 4 – Availability (Very Important)


You may include additional materials to strengthen your profile:
A short video showing your face (front, left, and right angles) — no audio required
OR 2 expression photos
Step 5 – Optional Additions

Step 6 – Submission


After Submission
Once your profile is reviewed, our team will contact you via email. If selected, you will receive a confirmation along with your custom E-casting card.
